Wealth of Flyins in Minnesota!

Take a quick look at the Calendar of events and you will see a wealth of flyins, pancake breakfasts and brat feeds during the remainder of June and the month of July!  Talk about a healthy apetite for aviation, food and social events…we have it in Minnesota!

We will be attending many of the events in an effort to get the word out that MNPilots is getting off the ground, and we can use your help and support.  Today several of us took in the Wadena, Minnesota, pancake breakfast and it was a very active place.  Air ambulance helicopters, Rans RV’s,  a T-6, a Diamond, super cubs galore, Pitts biplanes…not to mention a good amount of antique cars and tractors…all there to share the gift of aviation with the community.  The community was out in force, supporting the airport and aviation.

I hope you will take in as many of these events as you can, as there are few ways better to promote aviation than to pick up a child and let them sit in your airplane, or visit with an elderly veteran about how flying figured into his life.  Very few events in a community bring together such a diverse and active group of people.  We hope to see you there!
