“Survival Medicine for Aviators” will be presented by Randy Corfman on Thursday evening, 6:30 p.m. October 24 at the Airmotive Hangar at the Brainerd Airport (KBRD). The presentation is co-sponsored by the Minnesota FAASTeam, the Minnesota Pilots Association and the Brainerd Area Rap Club (BARC). Randy will be discussing wilderness survival medicine to help prepare the aviator for meeting the challenges of unexpected survival situations in the wilderness setting. Special emphasis will be given to winter survival skills.
