Mike and Rod Syverson, two outstanding MN Pilot Assn members, were walking around Lake Hood while attending the Great Alaskan Aviation Gathering and came across Minnesota’s own Clay Adams. The attached photo shows Mike with Clay. Clay is a Captain for Delta Airlines and is a terrific promoter of aviation in Minnesota, flying his TravelAir open cockpit plane to give rides at many aviation events in MN. It is a small world… Clay was Captain of the Delta Flight that we flew back in on in the wee hours this morning and we enjoyed a smooth flight and a smooth landing.
